STEP 1: HYROX INTRO

Intro sessions are – 1-2-1 Sessions or Semi Private, Weekday and Weekends. To allow us to focus on those with a genuine interest in Hyrox This session is usually a 1-2-1 session or limited to the maximum of 4 people in the session.

Please book and pay online to participate in the session. (Everything has to be done online as we do not have in-house payment systems – please don’t leave it to the last minute as there is a 30 minute cut off before the session to book in, this allows the Coaches to see who is attending and plan the session)

  • Take the first step, come with a friend if you are a bit nervous about the training. Training will be scaled to your fitness level (loose fitting gym clothes and water)
  • Our chance to listen to your goals and understand your specific needs, your chance to make an informed decision about joining our community.

STEP 2: HYROX FUNDAMENTALS

Ready to get started with Hyrox? To prepare you and keep you safe, we’ve designed the Fundamentals course  which provides you with  2 training sessions, which and will focus on teaching form and technique for Hyrox

The purpose is to get you orientated to and staying safe whilst e working with the bar training. We firmly believe our incremental process of introducing new comers to Hyrox produces the best and safest athletes.

  • A learning experience, you cannot “fail” Fundamentals no matter what your level of fitness you is.
  • It is also a lot of fun, and you will make some new friends! After you graduate you will be ready to jump into our group classes

    STEP 3: WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY

    Well done to those who have completed  the 2 hours of   “fundamental training” 

    Once you are a member we will proceed to the next phase of providing you with programming for Hyrox 

     

    At M1J14 Hyrox you  will gave  access to  over  40 years coaching experience (Olympic and International level).

    As memberships are collected on the first of the month, depending on when you sign up there will be a pro rata payment to allow you train straight away for the rest of the month.

    Most of our classes are capped per session you will never get lost in the crowd. Everything is done online.

    There is a 30 min cut off before sessions  as this allows the Coaches  to spend more time on coaching and designing programmes, it also frees the Coaches from tedious billing issues that can distract them  from coaching
