WHAT IS HYROX

HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines endurance and strength, designed for people of all levels. It consists of a unique mix of running and eight strength and endurance workouts, testing your stamina, power, and mental grit.

FARMERS CARRY

Build grip strength, core stability, and shoulder endurance with kettlebell carries. Start with lighter weights to focus on form and gradually increase the weight as your strength improves. Grab some kettlebells. Women: 2 X 16KG. Men/Mixed Doubles: 2 X 24KG Doubles.
